When you use the website (the "Site") and as part of managing our contractual relationships with our Comakers, we collect personal data about you.

1. Who is the data controller?
When browsing our Site or as part of managing our contractual relationships with our Comakers, the data controller is Cominty, a simplified joint-stock company, registered in the Paris RCS under No. 981555915, with its registered office located at 17 rue Henry Monnier, 75009 Paris ("We").
Personal data is any data that directly identifies an individual or that can identify an individual when combined with other data.
We collect personal data in the following categories:
- Identification data (name, first name, email address, phone number, photo, country);
- Professional life data (company name, areas of expertise, languages spoken, professional experiences, years of experience, professional title, online calendar link);
- Data related to the call where you answer a question of expertise (image, voice, video, and any data you communicate to us during this call, the summary of this call);
- Connection data (connection logs, encrypted passwords);
- Browsing data (IP address, pages visited, date and time of connection, browser used, operating system, device model, language setting, user ID, Mobile Advertising ID or MAID);
- Data on interactions with our platform (recordings of your actions on our site, such as clicks and scrolls);
- Economic and financial data (bank details, data related to your bank cards and companies, transaction history, billing details);
- Recordings of calls to customer service and interactions with customer support; Preferences, user feedback and Comakers' responses to surveys and polls;
- Any information you wish to transmit to us as part of your contact request.
Specific Addition Regarding Calendar Synchronization: To simplify the scheduling of appointments and the management of Comakers' availability, we are integrating the synchronization of Google or Outlook calendars into our data collection process. Only information related to available time slots is collected by our system.

- either because you have provided it directly to us (e.g., by filling out a contact request form on our Site or by creating an account on our Site),
- or because we have collected it indirectly, via your organization or someone who recommended you.
