02 — Who are we?

Built by a team that has deployed AI inside complex organisations

Three founders, more than ten years building companies together. Before Cominty, we spent our time putting automation and AI to work inside large organisations: systems that ran in production, with real users, real security constraints and a real legal team on the other side of the table.

That’s where we learned what actually breaks an AI project. Almost never the model. More often the data scattered across fifteen tools, the teams who have already sat through three miracle demos, and the moment you have to explain to a CIO exactly what leaves their perimeter.

We sit on both sides of that table. We write the code, and we’ve also carried the P&L, sold the projects and answered for them once they were live. Cominty comes out of that: technology built at a high standard, shaped by what we’ve seen on the ground and by how businesses actually run.

CEO & Co-founder

Fariha leads Cominty with one conviction: AI should make people better at what they do, not replace them. She wants AI for work to be usable by every team — without sacrificing quality, security or staying at the frontier. After ten years building tech ventures, she believes the best products happen when vision meets execution, and that technology’s real job is to help people innovate together.

AI should give people back time and clarity. Every feature is judged on whether it makes a real person’s work better, not on how impressive the demo looks.

EU-first hosting, no training on customer data, granular governance. Trust is not a feature we added — it is the foundation we started from.

Our market gets redrawn every month, so we work like it: short cycles, decisions made close to the problem, and no cargo ship to turn around.

Autonomy, paid for with context
People here decide without asking. That only works if everyone knows what we know, so we over-invest in sharing context — the customer calls, the numbers, the things that went wrong. Freedom without context is just guessing.
Ethics is a design constraint
We work on technology that touches people’s data and their work. What we refuse to build matters as much as what we ship — and that decision gets made in the architecture, not in the marketing.
Performance over activity
We measure what shipped and what it changed for a customer, not how busy the week looked.
Different backgrounds, on purpose
We’re multinational because our customers are, and because a room where everyone thinks alike is a room that misses things.
Customer-obsessed, literally
Everyone talks to users, engineers included. The best product decisions we’ve made came out of a call, not a strategy deck.
